No Bake Woolworth Cheesecake is a work of art, light and lemony treat and will be the ideal expansion to your Easter or Mother's Day menu!

Ingredients :

• 1 3oz lemon Jell-0
• 1 cup bubbling water
• 1 box graham saltine pieces (3 cups) more for thicker covering isolated
• 1 stick softened margarine
• 1 8oz cream cheddar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 5 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 can vanished milk, all around chilled or 1/2 cups overwhelming whipping cream

Directions :

1. Break down Jell-O in bubbling water. Cool until somewhat thickened.
2. Blend 3/4 graham wafer pieces and liquefied margarine until all around mixed, press into base of the 9 X 13 dish to shape a hull. Spare rest of scraps to sprinkle over pastry.
3. Beat the Evaporated milk/substantial cream until soft.
4. In a different bowl, beat cream cheddar, sugar and lemon juice with blender until smooth.
5. Include thickened Jell-O and gradually blend in whipped vanished milk.
