Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars - Will make for a very delectable sweet treat throughout the fall and Christmas season. This ideal Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars is delectable and excellent! Flawless Thanksgiving Dessert! 

Ingredients :

For the hull : 
  • 1⅔ cup graham wafer pieces 
  • ¼ cup dissolved spread 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
For the cheesecake layer: 
  • 16 ounces cream cheddar, mollified 
  • ½ cup sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • ¼ cup sharp cream 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate 
For the pumpkin layer : 
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree, canned (not pumpkin pie blend) 
  • 2 eggs 
  • ½ cup milk 
  • ½ cup dark colored sugar 
  • ½ cup granulated sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie flavor 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate 
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 
  • ¼ cup water 
For garnish : 

Whipped cream 

Directions :

Preheat broiler to 325F, line a 9x13 preparing dish with foil delicately splash with non-stick shower, put in a safe spot 

To make outside layers : 
  1. In a medium bowl consolidate graham saltine pieces, sugar and liquefied margarine until all morsels are soggy 
  2. Delicately press morsel blend into arranged preparing dish 
To make cream cheddar layer : 
  1. In a blending bowl, beat cream cheddar until smooth, include sharp cream and sugar and beat once more 
  2. Include eggs, each in turn to cream cheddar blend, beating admirably after every expansion 
  3. Include vanilla concentrate and beat once again 
  4. Spoon blend over arranged outside layer and spread uniformly 
  5. Prepare for around 30-35 minutes or until simply set 
  6. Expel from the stove and cool totally on a cooling rock 
  7. While the covering is cooling set up the pumpkin layer 
To make a pumpkin layer : 
  1. In a medium pot set over medium low warmth, join pumpkin puree, eggs, dark colored sugar and granulated sugar, milk, pumpkin flavor and cinnamon 
  2. Cook and whisk at regular intervals for 10 minutes 
  3. Expel from the warmth and rush in the vanilla concentrate 
  4. In a little sauce dish, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and enable 5 minutes to mollify 
  5. Go warmth to low and mix to dissolve gelatin totally 
  6. Evacuate to warm 
  7. Add gelatin blend to pumpkin blend and consolidate until smooth 
  8. Pour the pumpkin blend over the cooled cream cheddar layer and spot in the cooler to chill for a few hours or medium-term 
  9. Cut into bars 
  10. Present with whipped cream whenever wanted
