Recipe: Chocolate Almond Milk Granita

Chocolate

This is a low-sugar, sufficiently sweet treat to check an after-supper wanting. With only three fixings, it can meet up rapidly and needs only a little consideration in the cooler. Don't hesitate to include more dates depending how sweet you need it. Serve this dish with crisp natural product or toasted nuts.

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 set dates

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

In a rapid blender, puree unsweetened almond milk (attempt to discover brands without additives), set dates and unsweetened cocoa powder until totally smooth.

Fill a 8-by-8-inch Pyrex or other heating dish. Spot cautiously into the cooler.

Mix with a fork each 20-30 minutes for about 1½ to 2 hours, fusing the ice parts on the edges into the center as you go. Toward the end, utilize a fork to scratch the granita into flaky ice precious stones. Spread until prepared to utilize.

Serves 6
