It's been a little over three weeks since I started grad school, and three lessons stick out so far. First, preparing class materials and meeting with students will always take more time than you think. Second, your brain will feel liquefied by the end of the week. Third? Healthy after school snacks are an absolute must.

After all, it takes a lot of food to fuel all that thinking, working and socializing. So, it's always a good idea to have some easy and healthy snacks available when you need them. To make everyone's back to school season a little easier (and a lot tastier), I'm partnering up with some other gluten free bloggers to share our favorite allergy friendly snacks. And trust me. Even if you aren't in school, these snack recipes will have you drooling - and give you the energy you need to kick butt at whatever life throws at you!
