My Whipped Buttercream Frosting formula is light, fleecy, and flawlessly improved. This whipped form of a great buttercream is the ideal icing for cakes, cupcakes, treats, and brownies. 

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup unsalted spread room temperature 
  • 4 cups confectioner's sugar filtered to expel bumps 
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/3 cup overwhelming cream 
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate 
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extricate * discretionary, see note underneath 

Directions 
  1. In a huge bowl, include room temperature spread, beat until rich, around 1 moment. 
  2. Include confectioner's sugar and gradually blend until fixings are completely joined. At that point, whip at fast for 2-3 minutes, or until light and cushy. 
  3. Include vanilla concentrate (and discretionary almond remove). At that point, include overwhelming cream and whip for an extra 3-4 minutes, or until light and feathery. Include extra substantial cream as expected to arrive at wanted consistency. 
  4. Pipe or spread icing with a blade onto cupcakes and serve.
