#CHICKEN #BREASTS #WITH #JALAPEÑO #CHEESE #SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- Four teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 4 (5-6 oz.) boneless, skinless rooster breasts
- half of teaspoon kosher salt
- half of teaspoon black pepper
- 3/Four teaspoon chili powder
- 3/Four teaspoon cumin
- half of cup onion, finely diced
- Three medium jalapeños, seeds and membranes eliminated, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- half of cup low-sodium rooster broth
- Four oz. cream cheese (I take advantage of 1/Three much less fats)
- 1 heaping cup shredded cheddar cheese
