Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Truly Zero Erythritol (Get it: Amazon)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cream together the butter, egg, erythritol, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop cookies onto baking sheet (greased or lined with parchment)
  6. Bake cookies for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on pan for 30 minutes before removing.
